The Genomics Outreach for Minorities (GenOM) Project provides educational and research opportunities for underrepresented minority students interested in genomics. These programs target pre-college and undergraduate students. Ambitious in scope, the project includes the following activities: * High school student research opportunities To achieve its goals, the project has partnered with other campus programs: MESA, MSEP, OMA, GO-MAP, UWEB, BRIDGES4, the UW Genome Center, the Microscale Life Sciences Center, and the High School Human Genome Program (HSHGP). |
