Tracy Woodman, MA

Tracy brings decades of experience in higher education and nonprofit administrative leadership, including grants management, finance, HR, program operations, public health and clinical research, and strategic initiatives. Most recently, Tracy was the Associate Vice President for Operations at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center’s Vaccine and Infectious Disease Division (VIDD) overseeing more than 100 faculty and 1,0000 staff. Prior to that, she was the Deputy Director of Health Alliance International (HAI), where she led local and international operations for 200+ staff across four countries. HAI was affiliated with the University of Washington’s Department of Global Health where Tracy gained valuable experience with UW’s systems, policies, and processes. She joins the Department of Bioethics and Humanities with great enthusiasm for its social justice mission, which has been a personal and professional driver throughout her career.
