Megan Mason, MA

Megan Mason, MA (she/her) is the Assistant to the Chair in the Bioethics & Humanities Department. Megan grew up in Eastern Washington and completed her undergraduate degree in English with a Minor in Music at Central Washington University. After a few years as an HR Assistant in retail, she moved to Phoenix, AZ and earned her Master's degree in Rhetoric and Composition from Arizona State University where she focused on community literacy and agency. Then, she returned to Washington State to work at the University of Washington, where she has served in several Human Resources and Organization Development roles over the past 12+ years. Megan enjoys backpacking in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, dancing tango, singing in the Sound Works choir, and practicing aerial silks and trapeze.
